The staff here are very friendly and accommodating for the most part. The building itself needs a lot of work as a lot of floor, ceilings and walls have very large cracks. I wondered how safe the building is structurally. There was nothing on the website before booking stating that laundry was coin operated and there was no detergent for purchase. The televisions were not working properly. The beverage refrigerator was out of order. The printer in the small business are was out of order. You have to request room service or they will not come. My personal items were tampered with, I have photo/video proof. The area outside is not safe for walking so prepare transportation ahead of time. There is no actual security on this property so be vigilant. There were random very loud fire alarms and the power went out once. You have to go into storage cabinets yourself to get cutlery after breakfast times. There is no all day coffee.

Room smelled like smoke but other than a lengthy checkin the room was clean and comfortable. The tv was having issues apparently in all the 1st floor,not something they could necessarily fix.

PERSONAL DE RECEPCION AMABLE, pero no contábamos con un depósito de 100 dlls que solicitaron al hacer Check In. Es importante que se comente ese al momento de reservar, ya que son gastos a considerar además tenemos los siguientes comentarios, por lo que hizo MALA nuestra experiencia en el hotel, afectando nuestras vacaciones familiares, vamos desde México y no es un servicio de calidad a) la calefacción del cuarto no servía, amablemente una señorita nos cambió cuando le dijimos, pero es la molestia de tener que mover todas tus cosas de cuarto b) al cambiarnos de cuarto, la llave de la regadera estaba zafada y no cerraba completamente había que hacer una fuerza mayor para cerrarla bien c) la calefacción de la alberca esta descompuesta, el agua estaba HELADA d) entendemos que el día 1 de enero no había housekeeping, pero el día 2 tampoco fueron a limpiar el cuarto, yo tuve que tender las camas, sacar las bolsas de basura, sacar las toallas, mi esposo ir por toallas nuevas a recepción, Por lo que en mi estancia del 31 de diciembre al 4 de enero solo tuve UN DIA DE LIMPIEZA DE HABITACION y no buena e) el día que fueron a limpiar, MEDIO LIMPIARON, es decir, solo pusieron las bolsas de basura, tendieron camas, pero no limpiaron el lavabo, tina, la verdad muy deficiente desgraciadamente mala experiencia en el hotel, no lo recomiendo para nada, afectaron nuestra experiencia de vacaciones familiares. no hice una estancia MINIMA, fueron 4 noches y no vale lo pagado.

Uncaring staff, no working TV, an unheated pool, and at one point not even running water in the rooms. This hotel consistently failed to provide basic amenities and showed little concern for guest comfort or safety. The manager demonstrated a complete disregard for hospitality, and I strongly recommend staying away from this property.

Rooms are DIRTY, found a dead cockroach near the fridge and to top it all off we discovered the room had bed bugs. Staff took 0 accountability and did not handle the situation in a professional manner. I could NOT possibly recommend anyone stay here. I highly recommend the Marriott Bonvoy down the road as the prices are similar with better amenities.

En primer lugar no había Servicio de televisión no podías ver nada ningún programa. Y el personal de recepción había unas personas que no eran nada agradable. Vivimos una situación que ya era de noche y teníamos que dormir y empezaron a marcar por teléfono a.la habitación y era de recepción y cuando me pidieron que bajara para ver un problema con el pago resulta que era para otra persona de otro cuarto.para ir a desayunar la máquina de jugos no funcionaba. La alberca era más un tempano de hielo estaba súper pero super fría . Reportamos una falla en una llave de la tina y tardaron cerca de 3 días en irlo arreglar.

I checked in on Dec 20 after a last-minute cancellation elsewhere. As a former travel consultant, I’m familiar with Marriott standards; unfortunately, this stay failed on nearly every level. Facility Issues: • Lobby/Check-in: The lobby A/C was broken, filled with loud fans. My card was flagged for fraud—a "known issue" the hotel hasn't fixed. • Amenities: Room Wi-Fi (including paid) was non-existent. We had to use the unreliable public network which timed out every 6 hours. The breakfast juice machine was broken, and no hot water was available for tea. • Room Defects: The TV and room phone were both inoperable. The heavy door wouldn’t shut without being slammed, posing a major safety concern. • Ventilation: Poor bathroom venting caused extreme steam buildup, soaking every surface, ruining my medications, and dampening the towels and toilet paper. Cleanliness & Maintenance: • Pest Control: On Christmas morning, I found a roach on my headboard. • Water Issues: After moving rooms due to the roach, we had no running water from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM due to unannounced maintenance. Service: While the staff was generally polite, the management of the facility is unacceptable. When attempting to check out a day early, we were told they "couldn't" check us out. I expected basic functionality and safety, neither of which were met. We will not be returning.

Staff were all amazing. Just had a few pros/cons: No coffee in room for coffee machine. Only one working ice machine in whole building. Pool was ICE COLD. Juice machine for breakfast was down. Internet would not connect to devices. No cable. No clock in room, digital or analog. Ptek unit was a champ! White noise machine was a nice touch. Their “corner store” was WAY over priced ($4.00 for a 16oz soda) Elevator was definitely unsafe. No current service plate in elevator. Looked as if it were removed.

Great location, clean, great breakfast options, nice room, comfortable beds But, When checked in we were told we had to pay for our stay which I had already paid. Check in took longer than normal and I was told I was going to be charged 100 per room, which was confusing since it’s only a 100 deposit. TV channels were very slow in working and at times I didn’t get reception. We were told it’s due to WiFi issues but had this problem in 2 separate rooms. Very noisy at times, coming from room upstairs.

This was the WORST experience ever at a Marriott establishment. Starting with the check in. A group of us came in Friday morning & were able to check in early with no problem and no fee. I came Sat morning, our group was still lounging in the breakfast area. It was around 11:30-12pm, I asked to check in & the lady said it was $30. I explained that everyone else was able to check in early with no fee. I understood the policy was 3pm, so that’s fine but her attitude & customer service was BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL & HORRIBLE. I’m talking to her very polite & respectful & she’s snapping & very short with me. I walked away, went to kill time…came back at 3pm….STILL NO ROOM READY. Again, her attitude is like she didn’t care & didn’t offer any kind of apology, she’s just sitting on her ass like it’s not her job to provide assistance & explain WHY we still don’t have a room and it’s after 3pm. Sierra was very helpful & understanding. She did what she could right away. Our TV barely worked, no one never came to fix it. Never received the fresh towels we asked for because apparently they don’t clean the rooms daily. It was just a horrible stay & I would never stay here again or recommend.

TV did not work, bathroom door handle was broken, phone did not work, bathroom light did not work,no wash clothes, toilet ran all night, lights did not work.Changed rooms 3 times. I would not recommend staying there. Breakfast could’ve been better with much better choices everyday, had the same exact thing every day.
