You have a king bed (1) in the Primary Bedroom w/ full Primary bathroom and walk in shower, full bed (1) in the Second Bedroom w/ access to Guest bathroom, and the Third Bedroom office/flex space in the exterior accessory unit with two (2) twin beds on the Day Bed w/ shared access to the Guest bathroom. Guests may also sleep on the couch or find the inflatable air mattress should they need more sleeping space.

Please note that two bedrooms and two bathrooms are in the main building while the 3rd bedroom is placed in the exterior building located in the backyard. The 3rd bedroom has its own mini split AC system!

The neighborhood is very quiet at night. There are ring flood light cameras for added security.

Early check-in is available upon request and feasibility.
Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival.
Late check-out is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host.

Check-in begins at 4:00 pm and check-out ends at 11:00 am.

Park up to 3 car maximum. Two compact cars in the driveway gate, one on the driveway. Plenty of street parking is available right in front of the property. Be careful when driving in the gate, the driveway bridges over a drainage ditch.

No smoking inside.

You may find clean sheets and towels in other rooms of the house. There should be a set of bath towels, wash clothes, and make up towels per reservation.

There is an additional yet to be determined commercial usage fee for guests who require filming video or audio on the property.

Quiet hours are after 10 PM from Sunday to Thursday and 11 PM from Friday to Saturday.
No food or drinks in bedrooms.
No parties or large gatherings without prior mutual agreement.

No cats; dogs are allowed on a case by case basis. There will be an additional $65 cleaning fee per dog. Please bring crates for dogs that will be left unattended. No dogs on beds or furniture please. For undisclosed pets brought into the listing, there is an additional $250 fee.

Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds as well, please pick up your pet's waste.

Please do not flush anything except toilet paper in the toilet.
Lost key replacement fee is $50, and lost gate remote fee is $100.

Our team services the trash and recycle bins Sunday evening! You do not need to worry about them, but trash pick up is on Monday FYSA.

Violation of any house rules may result in police being called and prompt removal from the property.
