I was there for 3 nights. First night, Commercial garbage came at 2:30 am right out of my window. This i can not control.
I am hearing impaired, so when i take my aids out, hearing is very hard. Second night, there is a vibration im feeling on the bed, once i woke, it went away...thought i may have been dreaming.
Third night, was not dreaming, woke up at 3:00am with the sound of a jackhammer trying to bust up tile above me. The bed was shaking, i got dressed and went to front desk. He confirmed construction but on the 3rd floor. When he got to my room, it had quit. It happed at 4:00am and 6:15 to which i have video. Showed it to the front desk, they didn't show much concern. At that point i told them, I'm letting you know so you don't lose another customer like me! They didn't care. I will be contacting them directly and produce the video.
