Relax in the private backyard with a tranquil pool, lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill—perfect for making lasting memories with friends and family. Pictures are staged as we are in the process of preparing this property for occupancy, but it's ready for your vacation escape!

The Space:
The home has 4 bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable beds, luxurious linens, flat-screen TV’s, and en suite bathrooms stocked with all your toiletry needs. Sleeping for up to 14 guests.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. **Pet fee $100 USD per pet per stay**

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.

★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest, a $39/night fee will be applied.

★ ENTERTAINMENT★

All our smart TVs have many streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ pre-installed so you can start enjoying them right away. Contact us directly and we can provide login information for some of them.

★ SMOKING★
No smoking inside the property

For safety purposes we have 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard and In front of the garage facing the cars, this will be recording 24/7 for security purposes not inside the house to keep your privacy.

★ POOL★
Please note that the pool and kiddie pool are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.

As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.

The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. Pool and Kiddie Pool are NOT HEATED

The usage of the pool is under the renters own risk and responsibility.

*Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will be no refundable.

* Please note - our fireplace in the master bedroom is not active at the moment. Please refrain from any use of it.

*Our storage its on the backyard of the house, we might need to go there once every other day but we will let you know beforehand.

★ This home have a garden/pool area. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (IE: Spider,lady bug, ants or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them we work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest / bugs control★

★ There's a guest house completely separated from the house, however you may find cars parking there and is for the other guest ★parking its on the front of the house.
