The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful 4-Bedroom, 3-Bath Home in Kemah, TX. Experience the charm of coastal living in our beautiful home, perfectly situated on a corner lot just 1 block from the bay. You'll enjoy a lovely breeze throughout the house, making your stay refreshing and relaxing.

• Prime Location - We are a short walk away from the entertaining Kemah Boardwalk where you can enjoy: amusement rides, waterfront dining, & live entertainment, along with seasonal activities.
Discover a wide variety of restaurants, bars, along with the marina, all with-in easy walking distance.

• Bedroom 1 - Queen bed & sleeper sofa, perfect sleeping arrangements for families or groups. Separate entrance is downstairs for increased privacy.

• Laundry Facilities - Full size washer & dryer for your use, next to the garage
• Parking - A convenient 1 car garage, along with a driveway that can hold 3-4 cars

2nd Floor:
• Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, Smart TV, & en-suite restroom for added privacy
• Bedroom 3 - King bed, Smart TV, & ample closet space with iron/ironing board
• Bedroom 4 - Twin size bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guest
• Additional Full Bathroom - easy access for all
• Living Room - Large & comfy sectional couch, Smart TV, & lots of natural lighting
• Equipped Kitchen - has all the pots, pans, dishes, & utensils. Enjoy fresh coffee in the Keurig.
• The living room & kitchen flow seamlessly together making this a great space for entertaining.

Elevator:
• We do have an elevator that is for ACCESSIBLE USE ONLY!! If you require the elevator please reach out to us for operating instructions.

Guest Access:
Welcome! To enter the main house, guest will need to walk upstairs to the door & use the keypad, located on the door. To enter the downstairs bedroom, guest can go inside the patio door or down the front stairs. The bedroom is the door with the keypad.
All guests will have full access to all parts of the home, excluding the elevator. That is for accessible guest ONLY! Please let us know at booking if you need access to it.

Our home sits only 1 block off the water so there's always a nice breeze blowing through & plenty of natural lighting throughout.
The Kemah Boardwalk is a is about a 5 block walk, and in those 5 blocks you'll find everything needed to create fun filled memories.

Getting Around:
The home has free parking. There is a 1 car garage, along with a driveway that can hold up to 3 vehicles. If you have additional vehicles there is free street parking, but please do NOT block any neighbor's driveways & do NOT park in the grass.

You can walk throughout the Kemah Waterfront District. There's many places to stop in & cool off with a refreshing beverage. If you're not into walking, no worries! We can set you up with a golf-cart rental for the duration of your stay. Please inform us at the time of booking if you are interested in a rental :)
