The hotel was quite comfortable, the room was nicely presented, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The reason I am giving it 3 out of 5 stars is due to a few aspects that I believe need attention. The overall property feels somewhat worn, and the elevator, especially when reaching the 4th floor, felt unstable and concerning at times. Additionally, the room had a noticeable musty/old smell that made it feel less fresh than expected.
I was also disappointed that parking was not included. In my opinion, hotels should offer complimentary parking for their guests.
On a very positive note, I would like to highlight the excellent communication prior to my arrival. I contacted the hotel to ask whether they had EV chargers available, and they kindly informed me that they have three chargers on-site. They were also very helpful in confirming the charger model and type, so I could verify compatibility with my vehicle and determine whether I needed an adapter. That level of service was greatly appreciated! :)
