«When I arrived even though I called and told them I would be checking in late
.They didn't have the room I booked..Do they walked me.over to a sister property which I feel wasn't a better place..I was given a handicap accessible room which wasn't as tidy as I would've liked and had a smell..They finally moved me to another room which was alot better not great though. Since I was only staying over night I dealt with it but definitely wouldn't stay again.»

«It was fine for the most part. The room had a sofa bed and was booked specifically for it. They did not provide extra blankets for the sofabed. Usually, there's some in the closet. When we'd asked, they did not have any extra blankets, so we ended up sharing the bed which was a bit awkward. Weird that the sofa bed is for additional guests, but no linens (pillows, blankets, sheets etc) were available.»

«I stayed there pre-cruise because it was convenient; NCL did the checkin process at clarion.
The AC was set at 68 degrees when I got to my room making is very cold. I turned it off and opened balcony door to warm it up short of turning heat on but it was very noisy due to highway next to hotel so had to turn heat on low. There was very little bedding on bed (l a light cover plus sheet) and it didn’t come up around shoulders so I had to sleep with feet at foot of bed so I could have covers around ...
