Beautiful property, great location, 24 hour airport shuttle, Starbucks on property. #1 best things about this hotel was its STAFF! Amazing, kind, dedicated people that are the crowning jewel of this establishment. The room was very large, very clean, we had a window overlooking the convention area so we couldn't see outside but that was a minimal issue. The inside of the hotel was well kept & clean. Staff was aware of issues & scrambled to help each other take care of their guests. The resilience of kitchen, restaurant, Starbucks staff was heroic. They worked together during a difficult situation & were always pleasant, friendly & helpful. I wish I had gotten all of their names but I especially want to call out Jordan & Isiah from the front desk & Aicha & Missy from the food service team. I think there was a young man named David & the blond cropped haired waitress as well. The unsung & unseen heroes of course were the kitchen staff. We enjoyed everything we had & heard the same from othere shutt. It was a luxury to have the shuttle & the drivers are very good at driving during hazardous conditions while being friendly. I must point out that ALL this went on as people were seeking shelter from an unprecedented snow storm. I'm from the South so this was all new to me. I never for 1 second had a concern for our safety or even our comfort. The staffs behavior was under stress & pressure & like diamonds, they shown brightly!
