«The property was not clean and ready for me to go in. There was no hot water or heat and I had to find another property and move due to the cold, unsafe conditions. They promised a full refund and charged me 300.94 because they promised if I would stay they would fix things but they didn’t come through. I bought bedding to make up a clean bed to sleep in. »

«The room was not cleaned. There was dust underneath the bed along with dead bugs, dead bugs on the sheets on the furniture in the plexi. The events were not cleaned nor was the dome organic matter growing everywhere and when I expressed my issues with the dome and refused to stay she would only give a partial refund on top of that the fitness center shown is nothing like what is there there is just two adjustable dumbbells»
