«Our group has been staying at this house every Jan/Feb for the last few years for our annual St. Johns river fishing trip. There is lots of room for our group of 12 guys and the owner is easy to deal with. We plan to return each year and this is the best house on the river in Astor that our group all agrees on staying. «It was just my daughter and I in the tiny house. It was clean and easy to check in. The information was easy to follow. The bed was very comfortable. The fresh eggs were a nice touch. Although it was on the same property as the owner’s home, we didn’t see or hear them at all.»

«Bedroom space is awesome. Bathrooms adequate. Pool ok, a bit small for 10. Good gathering space. Downside - NO Washcloths! Be sure to bring your own.... Overall ,Very comfortable for 10 ladies ages 55 to 93.»

«Our children used the pool over and over again. We loved the quiet/secluded back yard. The location was close enough to where we needed, Rock Springs Creek and other paddling locations. Food in the area was very nice and gyms close by.»
