This spacious one-bedroom, one-bathroom ocean view suite with balcony features a primary bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination and TOTO washlet. The suite includes a generous living room with separate dining area, TV, and queen-size sleeper sofa, as well as a full kitchen with rice cooker.

This unit has a partial ocean view with balcony that overlooks Ala Moana to Diamond Head and Waikiki. The Lagoon Tower is adjacent to the Paradise pool and waterslides and the Lagoon. The beach is a few minute walk from the lobby.

Notes:
Absolutely NO smoking or pets allowed in the unit, on the balconies, or in the Lagoon Tower building. Any fines or legal penalties incurred for violations of this policy are solely the responsibility of the renter.

Self Parking and Valet Parking options available from approximately $65/per day.

A $250 refundable deposit is required at check-in for incidentals and an expensive cleaning fee will be assessed for any evidence of smoking in the room or balcony.

Note there is a General Excise Tax (GET) and state imposed Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) for Hawaii resorts that is charged by the resort upon check out. This fee is approximately $20/per day (fees subject to change) and is to be paid by the renter upon check-out.
