«I loved the location of this vacation home. Updates from the photos as far as the kitchen is that the fridge is bigger and outside on the porch along with the induction cooktop. The grill was in great working condition. I really enjoyed cooking and eating outside on the porch. The view is spectacular. Jim was an amazing host and took the time to walk me around. I will be booking with Jim and Kim again.»

«I came for a conference and did not want to stay at the hotel ,boy did I make the right choice ! This cottage is absolutely charming and quiet,well stocked with everything you need to have a wonderful time! We cooked outside most nights and enjoyed different beaches every day. Lava Lava Beach club and the Hale bar at the Fairmont were really nice and both close to the water. We will definitely be back ! Thank you for sharing this wonderful property!»

Located on the sloping plane between Waimea and the coast, you'll be minutes away from civilization yet out on the open ranching grasslands with a spectacular view of the water... Check-in couldn't have been easier, Yumi was swift to respond to any communications, and the building itself is one-of-a-kind. I'd definitely go back.»

«I was super excited to stay at this property. The pluses...the Koy pond. The fish are amazing and love to eat. Also, the sounds at night from nature. Would have been nice to have a lounger in the sun room rather than just chairs. Not many other pluses. We tried to get connected to Internet. The welcome book didn't seem to match the house. The descriptions were off. There were at least 5 remotes but none of them did anything. Only one turned off and on the TV. TV was activated through Roku. ...

«A stunning and beautiful situation and location. The hosts Garrett and Kaia were so pleasant to deal with and very helpful. They made suggestions as to sights to see and good places to eat, going so far as to even picking up a meal for us. There was plenty of room at this location for all of our family and each member had their own room. Out grand children greatly enjoyed the animal life both domestic and wild. «Nestled in a quiet area of the island and away from the touristy side we found this perfect Hawaiian retreat. From the moment we checked into the home and through out our stay we felt welcomed and taken care of by our hosts. This serene home had everything we needed to provided a comfortable stay.
