Enjoy room to relax at La Casa, a beachfront Holmes Beach condo for six on Anna Maria Island. Three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths sit within more than 2,300 square feet, with open living space and a private third-floor balcony offering partial Gulf views. Direct beach access, a shared heated pool and hot tub, elevator access and in-unit laundry make island stays easy. Two dedicated garage spaces, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are included.

THREE KING BEDROOMS FOR SIX
La Casa is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo at La Casa Costiera on Holmes Beach. Each bedroom has one king bed; maximum occupancy is six. More than 2,300 square feet includes an open living/dining area, two full bathrooms and a half bathroom. The main bathroom has a corner jetted tub and separate walk-in shower with a built-in tiled bench; another full bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

PRIVATE BALCONY & BEACHFRONT SETTING
The private twenty-foot, third-floor balcony has outdoor dining and partial Gulf views through the beachfront grounds. Direct beach access is through the complex. The heated pool, hot tub, grills and landscaped grounds are shared community spaces.

KITCHEN, LIVING & LAUNDRY
Prepare meals in the full kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The wet bar has a wine cooler. Smart TV, Wi-Fi, an electric fireplace and in-unit washer/dryer support longer stays. Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are provided.

PARKING & ARRIVAL
Two dedicated garage parking spaces are included. Elevator access serves the condo. No pets. Holmes Beach restaurants, cafes and island outings are nearby; travel times vary. The booking guest must be at least 25 and complete the digital rental agreement, legal photo ID and verification selfie online before arrival; these requirements cannot be completed in person. IMPORTANT STAY INFORMATION
- Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to the home's contents, such as linens, towels, and glassware. This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.

- Pest Control: The home is regularly treated for pests. However, Florida's warm climate means occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation are not provided for occasional pest sightings.

- Florida Weather & Hurricane Season: Hurricane season typically runs July-November, and we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Severe weather and other weather-related disruptions are outside our control and may not qualify for refunds or compensation.

- Outside Conditions: Construction, renovations, neighboring activities, temporary amenity closures, citywide power or internet outages, and utility or municipal repairs may occur without prior notice. We'll assist whenever possible, but circumstances outside the property and our control are not considered property-related issues and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

- Additional Supplies & Towels: Starter supplies and towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days of your stay. Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. This home includes an in-unit washer and dryer for refreshing towels and clothing. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability. Nearby grocery and convenience stores are available for additional necessities.

- Normal Wear: As a regularly enjoyed vacation home, minor imperfections, normal wear, or pre-existing cosmetic marks may be present. We maintain high cleaning standards and ensure the property is cleaned and prepared before every stay.

- Items Left Behind: If you leave a personal item behind and request its return, a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items after departure.

Security Deposit for Booking Extensions: A security deposit is required for all booking extensions and must be paid before approval. The deposit is refundable after checkout, subject to applicable deductions for damages or additional charges.
