«We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful property on Holmes Beach. The condo was spacious, spotless and well appointed. Lovely pool and tennis/pickleball court. Right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Gulf Place is a beautifully kept condo complex with very helpful staff. The owners were easy to contact but really we had no occasion as the whole two weeks were nothing but enjoyable and seamless. Would highly recommend this property.»

«The property is beautiful, and the view was even better. We had one very minor issue and management handled very quickly. I will absolutely stay here again. It came with beach chairs and an umbrella - although that was not promised. You’ll want to check in and see what’s there before renting chairs and umbrellas. We could not have asked for more.»

«House was clean and comfortable. Had everything our family of 4, with a 6 & 4 year old needed (including a step stool in the bathroom so they could reach the sink). Smart tvs for streaming apps, nice pool for breaking up the beach time. Good location, walking distance to beach access, stores and restaurants. «Great property! Spacious kitchen, living room and bedrooms. First time to A.M.I., and it was beautiful! Liked the proximity to the beach and beachfront pool, but wish the property had a pool bathroom on the lowest level. Definitely suggest to rent a golf cart to cruise around the island. Could walk or trolley but the golf cart was definitely more efficient.»

«We loved the stay! It is so convenient to the beach and a very well-cared for space. The pool and hot tub were warm/hot. The kitchen had everything you could want. There were chairs, umbrellas, toys, board games, etc for ease of entertainment. Beds were comfortable and private balcony had a small view of the ocean :) We will return.»
