The home’s single-level layout lets everyone settle in comfortably, with space to gather and space to unwind.
The space
This is an entire single-level home designed for groups and families, with 4 bedrooms and room for up to 12 guests. The layout supports easy movement throughout the house, with no stairs and shared spaces that encourage spending time together. Whether you’re traveling with kids, extended family, or friends, the home offers a balance of togetherness and privacy.
Outdoor living
The fully fenced backyard is set up for year-round enjoyment. A private outdoor pool is available all year and open 24 hours, surrounded by seating and areas to relax throughout the day. You’ll also find a fire pit, outdoor furniture, hammock, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area. Multiple mini golf putting games and life size games add another layer of fun, while the outdoor movie screen creates a comfortable setting for winding down together in the evening. Beach essentials are provided for days spent along the coast.
Enhance your South Florida getaway by adding optional pool heating for $50 per night, designed to take the chill off the water and extend your pool enjoyment during cooler months.
Indoor entertainment
Inside, entertainment continues with a dedicated game room featuring ping pong, arcade games, and a basketball shootout experience. The living area includes a TV and sound system for movie nights, along with books and reading material for quieter moments. The children’s play area offers additional space designed for creativity and play.
Sleeping arrangements
The home includes 4 bedrooms and multiple beds to accommodate larger groups. We have a floor mattress and an air mattress available if needed. Room-darkening shades, quality linens, premium mattresses and flexible sleeping options help support restful nights. Family-friendly features include a Pack ’n play crib, high chair, baby bath, changing table, children’s dinnerware, and a baby monitor available upon request.
Kitchen & essentials
A full kitchen supports everything from quick breakfasts to shared dinners, with ample space to cook and gather. Bathroom essentials and laundry facilities are available, along with in-home washer and dryer. The coffee bar selection is a highlight, featuring a Keurig Cafe for coffee, cappuccino, and lattes, a Nespresso Vertuo espresso machine, a regular drip coffee maker, a French press, and an electric water kettle, with a selection of coffee and espresso pods and Tazo teas. Dining room table can be expanded upon request
Neighborhood
It’s a very easy drive from our property to the Hard Rock stadium. We’re right by the Turnpike, and the stadium has its own exit - we’re literally just one exit away. Bayfront Park in Downtown Miami will be the official World Cup Fan Festival location, where matches, concerts, and special events will take place, about an 18–25 minute drive in normal traffic. The Hard Rock Casino is only a few miles away, and Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale - where teams will be practicing - is also within convenient reach. One of the benefits of staying here is being close to everything while remaining outside the heavy traffic and congestion Miami is expected to experience. Just north, in Broward County, the environment is calmer, safer, and easier to navigate, which is exactly where we’re located, in the beautiful city of Pembroke Pines

Pool heating is weather-dependent, particularly in winter. While the heater works to maintain a pleasant swimming temperature, it is not intended to create hot or spa-like water. Guests may notice cooler temperatures in the mornings or evenings, even when heating is active.
It is possible that the pool temperature may not reach higher than 85°F.
Please allow 48 hours for the pool to reach temperature once heating is enabled. Due to this time frame we would need to 48 hours advance notice
As outdoor temperatures are beyond our control, refunds or adjustments are not provided for perceived pool temperature.
