«The property was very clean but we did have trouble with the cooling system and reaching a comfortable temperature for our preference. The host was extremely nice and quick to respond. We did need cream and sugar for our coffee, and perhaps more coffee had we had cream and sugar but the host did offer to reimburse us if we purchased any. «We had a great stay at this condo. It had plenty of room for my wife, son (17) and myself. The condo is situated in a great area of the city and has plenty of restaurants, shops and attractions (ChinaTown, GasTown, BC Place etc.) close by. We were able to get picked up for our tours from one the hotels close by (less than 1/2 km). The train and bus lines are also close by. «This property needs to be removed from VRBO / Expedia. It is not acceptable. It does not match the pictures depicted. It is EXTREMELY dirty. The one bed is in a hot utility closet with only space enough for the twin bed. The bunk bed is not safely assembled. There was no toaster or kettle. The toilet paper holder was broken off the wall and bathroom tap was broken and only had hot water. On our first night I had to purchase cleaning supplies and try to use the vacuum that didn’t actually work. ...
