«The staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is perfect. It is across the street from the bay and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the boat taxi.
The hotel and rooms are dated but self contained and spacious. They offer underground parking which is convenient and secure. We will definitely be staying here again.

«Had a few issues with door, but the staff were SUPER helpful with figuring out a solution. The room was very clean, and the area had plenty of easy dining options. Given that it is a campus it was surprisingly quiet, but the streets aren't super well lit, which made it feel less safe. Overall it is an excellent place to stay.»

«Needed a hotel close to the airport. Looked nice. Woke up in the morning only to find lots of insects crawling on the bed, the floor, basically all over. Not good. Then when turning on the showers, a huge spider came creeping up from the drain. Left the room earlier than I wanted to. Mentioned it to the receptionist and he was sorry, but that was basically all. One would expect more for 450 dollars for a night. »
