«The airconditioning barely worked and struggled in the humidity although the room was otherwise fine. The host constantly pestered us to book tours, drivers and other services through her to the point where we were uncomfortable leaving our room. The included breakfast was basic and bordering inedible. »

«너무 외진곳에 있음. 체크인할때 그랩기사가 어딘지 헤맬정도임. 숙소에서 올드타운까지 택시나 그랩을 잡아야하는데 그랩도 안잡히고 택시도 잘 안다녀서 콜 불러야 옴. 시설은 겉보기에 괜찮아 보이지만 안에 들어가면 죽은 벌레들이 바닥에 천지임. 침대 옆에서만 본게 2마리. 1박후 다음날 직원이 실수로 더블 예약이 되었다며 다른 빌라로 옮겨달라함. 한국인 게스트가 아닌 다른나라 단체예약인데 파티도 하고 시끄러울거라며 양해해달라함. 내가 백인이었으면 과연 옮겨달라고 물어봤을지 기분이 나빴음. 게다가 짐쌌다 풀었다 하는것도 일이지만 그냥 좋게좋게 넘어감. 근데 보통 이런일에는 업그레이드를 해주거나 충분한 보상이 있기 마련인데 내가 돈 낸것보다 훨씬 안좋은 숙소를 잡아줌. 올드타운이랑 가깝다느니 뷰가 예쁘다느니 다 거짓말이었음. 짐도 안옮겨줘서 우리가 직접 들고 옮김. 이 빌라 가지마세요. 주인 여자 인종차별에 서비스 꽝임.»
