Cozy Waterfront Getaway for 2! Green Fishing Light! Amazing Views!
Hitchcock

«It was a clean home with a nice area for fishing in the bay. It was perfect for a couple getaway and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy the vacation. It was an older neighborhood but the neighbors we talked to were nice. The home is in low terrain and with the tidal surge from the storm, it did flood the property and road into the property. The host did alerts us to the pending flooding so we left to sightsee in Houston for the day and she offered us another location to park the car. ...

The location of the house was central to Broadway, The Strand, local restaurants, and easy access to the Seawall. The host was really responsive and created a vacation home with their guests' needs in mind. I would highly recommend for a convenient, comfortable and excellent stopover in Galveston.»

«On Monday we arrived and at first glance the house was exceptional. The house, rooms, pool, etc. were clean and spacious. Our troubles started Monday evening when one of our kids told us there was water all over the floor upstairs under the mini split air conditioner. We immediately turned it off, cleaned the water off the floors, and got in contact with Beach Box to get the issue resolved. Someone arrived Tuesday morning, he left assuring us it was taken care of, he fixed the AC setting to ON ...

«This place is not at all like the pictures. The entire place is held together with caulk and duct tape. We tried getting ahold of the owner the first day about it and we ended up ultimately having to leave and rent something else. The owners still have not responded to our request for a refund. The entire place was very dirty, trash bins were full, and the rooms were not as advertised.»
