«We had an absolutely fantastic stay at hotel Excellence Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. Beautiful surroundings, high level service, cleam rooms, good food and very kind and helpful staff. Our warmest recommendations. »

«A really nice five star hotel. Our butler Daniel was really helpful and checked in on us daily. The food and drinks were good. We ended up eating mostly at the buffet or room service. You had to check daily what restaurant that would be open and men have to wear long pants and long sleeves shirts to eat there. This ia fine but we feelt that at the restaurants everything went a bit to fast. It was kind of in and out in 20 minutes since all the food is pre prepared. So we only eat there twice. The ...

«It is the perfect place for family vacation. Though I can't say you ever heard loud kids. There is just a lot for them to do and be happy about. As for parents and grandparents it's paradise. I've traveled much of the world. This was the nicest most accommodating staff I've ever encountered. I'll be back for sure »

«Hotellrommet var meget fint. Stranden var meget fin. Roomservice helt forferdelig, funket ikke i det hele tatt. Det var et voksent hotell hvor gjennomsnittsalderen var godt over 50, men skulle tro det var for 18 åringer. Disko og høy lyd nivå over det hele. Rundt bassenget party hele døgnet, begynte klokken 0800. I lobbyen spiltes høy musikk hele døgnet, i tillegg var det forferdelig akustikk. Buffe mat midt på treet. «Clean beach, nice water to swim in, quite in the apartmens building. Really nice. Took a long time to check in, could be more staff to handle the customers check in. Cleaning personel asked if we were finsihed in 10 minutes so they could clean the room, but they cleaned after 2-4 hours. A little bit confusing.»

«Amazing property, terrible service and incompetence. The property is so nice, however, that I would recommend to stay there and just eat outside. And just accept that the employees can't help with anything. But for the price they charge you can get better value many other places in the Caribbean. »
