«Shaneka is a wonderful host who is prompt in all communications. The condo is very well located and a minute's walk from the beach. Great restraunts and other points of interest at the island are all a short drive away. All amenities were well thought of and we had a pleasant stay overall. The only hitch we had was the AC, which did not work during our stay. But to the host's credit, maintenence was informed and they came to fix it, albeit unsuccessfully. «The condo was comfortable, clean and had a good variety of kitchenware. The front deck was great but given the hot sun a porch umbrella would have been appreciated. The boardwalk to the beach was well lit and maintained, and as advertised it was only 2 minute walk to the beach. Communication with the rental agent could have been better since instructions on getting into the complex and door code did not arrive until one day in advance. «While the condo is very small and somewhat cramped, all the essentials are readily available. One important note: we did not do any cooking during our stay as there are many excellent restaurants nearby. Everything was clean, neat, and well organized. We especially loved the balcony (every condo has an ocean view!) and the new bikes.»

«The reservation process didn't work well. I had to make two phone calls to get "verified". Nice get-away place. Clean. Parking is a dollar an hour, you have to feed a meter, this isn't mentioned in the Orbitz listing. Bathroom is down stairs, bedrooms are upstairs. Alittle noisy at night. 12 to15 minute walk to get into the husstle -and -bustle of the historic district. »

«At 75 lugging big suitcases up 3 floors was a handful. And when trying to tune in TV was a nightmare. Confronted with 5 remotes and rain outside, i would take my chances with lightning. Ok for 35 and under or family with kids»

«My wife, our baby, and I enjoyed this property. The location is great! Can be loud occasionally at night, and it only has street parking that is payment required, but to be in the city in your own flat. It's great! Easy to walk around the city. Loved using the amenities to make food, wash clothes. We were able to relax when it's raining or we're tired. Very nice space as well, with exposed brick and quality furniture pieces. »
