Beachy chic, steps from the beach!

Chic villa in oceanfront resort! Enjoy all that Hilton Head Island has to offer. Relax in our updated villa with numerous fresh design touches, with convenient access to the beach, beachside restaurant, and pool, all steps from your door.

The Villa:

This comfortable one bedroom, one bath villa with steamer bunks is located on the third floor of the "C" building (elevator provided) in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. This freshly remodeled villa includes a bedroom with queen bed, a pull out sofa, and two "steamer bunks," suitable for children. A Graco Pack 'n Play is available for our younger guests, so feel free to pack a little lighter! The balcony offers a partial ocean view and a sweeping natural marsh view.

A nicely equipped kitchen contains all you need for preparing snacks for a day on the beach or a relaxing dinner in with family. A full-sized kitchen table seats four in the main living space, where you'll also find a large wall-mounted flat screen TV with cable. The unit offers free WiFi. Beach chairs are available for your use - just show up and relax!

The Resort:

The gated Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers a large beachfront pool, situated next to a tiki bar and restaurant offering live music, drinks, and beach eats. You'll find ten tennis courts on property, as well as a bike rental operation near the gate. A grilling area adjacent to the "A" building offers charcoal grills and ample seating. A large, nice playground is located on the resort if the kids have any energy left after a day at the beach and pool.

The Location:

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located at Folly Field Beach, which tends to be less crowded than the more touristy areas of the island, and which seems to offer dolphin views on a daily basis. This location is perfect for families with children, couples looking for a romantic get away or those seeking a golf outing. Restaurants and mini-golf are within walking distance. The Coligny Beach and Plaza area is a ten minute car ride, or be adventurous and take advantage of Hilton Head's extensive network of flat, wide bike paths.

This mid-island location ideally positions you to enjoy all that Hilton Head has to offer as well as the wonder of historic Bluffton across the bridge on the mainland, where in addition to Tanger Outlets, you'll find a quaint historic downtown characterized by billowing live oaks draped in spanish moss.

Great first trip to HH

Communication, information, location, and cleanliness were all awesome. My only complaint was the mattresses for the beds were old. The queen had a depression worn in the middle, the pullout mattress was very thin and you could feel the bars underneath, and the bunk bed mattresses were thin as well. Everything thing else was absolutely amazing, but sleep was hard to come by.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a great time at this location. Short walk to the beach and a quick drive to excellent restaurants and entertainment. Condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Would love to stay again someday.

Lovely stay with easy Beach access and dolphin spotting

We found the property perfect for two adults. The property was clean, and the amenities were suitable for a three-night stay. The pool and property grounds are well maintained, with security officers who monitor the ingress and egress of visitors, which I found to be very nice. The building was quiet. Beach access was a short walk with a grand boardwalk entrance. One day while on the beach, we spotted several dolphins showing off their skills close to the shoreline—an added bonus! For those who enjoy tennis or pickleball, the facility has great courts. We visited Hilton Head for the beach, great restaurants, and bike paths. This location has easy access to the surrounding community and the sprawling bike paths that cover the island. The disappointing features include the lack of a washer/dryer in the unit, but paid laundry service available in the building. The gym costs an additional $20, which is not worth it.

Anniversary Trip

Beach chair broke while we were at the beach. I messaged the owner and new chairs were delivered to the condo before we even got back! There are some things that need attention: needs a new mattress, it is wore out. There is only one dish cloth, be nice if there had been another one. There is no plug for the kitchen sink. The beach wagon is not in good shape and the beach umbrella has to be held up by laying it up against the wagon. It is close to the beach which we really liked and the owner responds to questions and needs quickly.

Nice place to stay by the ocean

Nicely maintained condo close to the ocean. Kids (3 and 7) enjoyed the pool a lot. Good restaurants on site, and close to shopping at Shelter Cove. The condo was smaller than we typically rent but everyone had their own space. Couch is comfortable enough to sleep on it. We used lower bunk bed too. Balcony overlooks nice green area and feels very private. Thunderstorms were gorgeous to observe from there, and just relaxing outside in the evening was very nice. Condo has basic cleaning tools which helped us keep it clean during our stay. Overall I definitely recommend it and would gladly book it again.

Enjoyable Vacation Spot

We love HHI and all it has to offer. This was our first time at this property and we liked the location, pool and beach! The unit itself was smaller than we expected and the bunk beds were unusable in our opinion due to them being so narrow. However, our kids slept comfortably on the pull out sofa so it wasn't a big deal. The bed in the bedroom is very noisy and needs upgrading. We appreciated all the hooks around the unit for hanging wet swimsuits and towels, and were impressed by the items available to use for the beach and pool. Overall it was a great vacation!

Nice family place!

Spent a week with the kids for spring break. The unit is comfortable and cozy. Short walk to beach and pool. You can rent bikes right on site and free tennis and pickle ball. Beautiful beach and nice spot for drinks and lunch stuff/ice cream at bar area. The owner has chairs and boogie boards for guests to use :) thanks we had a great week!

Extending Summer

We rented this place to extend our summer. It was close to beach and pool. The condo was clean. I would say that the rug in the living area and on the porch need to be updated. The couch is not the greatest. It would be great if the TV in the bedroom was connected. The owner is very good at communication, We had trouble with the lock and he managed to get it fixed very quickly.

We’ve stayed on this property in different rooms several years. This particular room has a very sensitive fire alarm. Do not expect to watch TV in the bedroom, unfortunately there is no cable in there. Otherwise, this room was clean and we enjoyed our stay!

Beach Access was Awesome

This is a perfect small and clean condo for your stay in Hilton head. We only stayed here one night before heading somewhere else and would definitely return. Great beach access and beautiful pool. Family friendly.

Anniversary trip w/biking, tennis and sun fun!

Great location, wonderful beach, awesome tennis courts, bike rentals., restaurants and pool. Clean and nicely decorated. The bedroom could use a new mattress- and a TV. Kitchen has has everything needed for cooking. We would bring some Tupperware containers next time for leftovers- for the few meals we do cook. Would go back especially if they replaced the mattress and got a working tv in the bedroom. Owner was very helpful and answered all of my questions quickly.

Great!

It was a great clean place to stay for one night! We actually didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or other facilities but the property was beautiful! The space inside the rental was clean! It was a bit tight but it was totally fine for my partner and I. The bed in the master bedroom was pretty firm but it was okay for one night. Overall, it was a great experience and a pretty good price. Less than a 5 min drive to the beach. The parking for the beach was shaded and the Folly Field Beach was quieter than Coligny Beach. You do have to pay $1/hour to park though.
