Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park which is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! 🌊🏝️

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Biking is the most common form of transportation in the area, we provide 2 and rentals are available in walking distance. There is also a free trolley that runs all over the island and picks up across the street about every 20-30 minutes.

We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
