«Great stay in basement apartment. The caretakers were immediately responsive to all needs. It is recently remodeled, very clean and cozy. I stayed for a month, was mostly alone but did have my young family visit a few times. The kids LOVED the Legos that were provided. One bed has a slide, so fun. Front door lock box instructions were okay, but had to press the star on the fob scan pad to get the fob to activate. «It was a nice place, but IT'S IN THE BASEMENT. The upstairs is VERY noisy, a cleaning company is up there cleaning something maybe rugs or??? And it's LOUD, which gets old. Also smells like puppy, not sure if it's urine or wet dog smell but it's always there, like when you rent from a place that accepts doggos.»

He was very friendly and gave lots of helpful information about places to eat and things to do etc. The property was a basement that had been updated yet still smelled older and our things seemed damp during our stay. «My husband and I came to town with another couple for Cheyenne Frontier Days and this was the perfect stay! We were close to the fairgrounds and downtown, but not on top of everything where the traffic was crazy. We enjoyed the view of the park and felt very safe. «The quirky steam punk decor was a delight. The street was VERY quiet and parking out front was easy. Jay stopped by because the emails were not going thru. Mandy and Jay were wonderful hosts and were available if needed. The home was cozy. The bedding was nice and beds very comfortable. The internet worked quite well, too.
