«This property was nice with a great location. The only reason I have rated it as 4 stars overall is that we experienced a foul (sewage like) odor the first 2 nights we stayed there. The smell started after we turned the heat on, and lasted for about an hour. We texted the property owner and would hear from him the following morning. It seemed to go away by our 3rd night. Overall, the place was nice, clean, and close to just about anything you would want to see in the area.»

«Great location. Walking distance to 1880 train and “Down Town” Hill City. WIFI worked well here. Home is spacious. Used 2 of 3 bedrooms. Majority of our time spent in Hill City was exploring, such as Devils Tower, Badlands, Custer State Park, Black Hills OHV roads/trails/Spearfish Canyon/Needles Highway/1880 Train Oktoberfest Express etc. Would stay at this VRBO again. »

«Great location but the parking is limited based on other units adjacent, glad we didn't bring our side by side trailer as it would not fit in the parking available with the adjacent unit cars and cleaners when on-site. We had a couple of small issues that were resolved quickly by the host. We used the sauna but there is no privacy fence between the neighbors. Excellent, including kitchen, washer/dryer and a special touch with smores items for the fire pit. Hot tub was also a very nice amenity. Location was beautiful.
