«The room was okay but there were a lot of dust under the bedroom and hair found on the bedsheets. The hotel doesn’t provide water or tea in the room. Beach access is from the pool but chairs and umbrella is not provided by the hotel. There is a $55 charge per day to use the umbrella and chairs. This information was not listed by the hotel in Expedia. Hotel staff is okay. It didn’t feel like 4 star hotel for sure. Food and drinks are on the beach and pricy. Overall, our experience was 3/10 »

«My stay was wonderful. Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived. Katherine at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. She was very warm and genuine in her approach, and she truly made me feel at home. The room was excellent, very comfortable, and had a beautiful view of both the pool and the ocean. It made the stay even more special. The only thing I wish the hotel had is a restaurant on site. However, the good thing is that there is a great variety of restaurants nearby, ...
