«This place is incredible. It’s tucked away right next to Topsail State Park and only 5 minutes from the public beaches. The location is perfect, super close to all the 30A towns and about half an hour from Destin. The space has really high ceilings, a massive bathroom, and a kitchenette stocked with everything you actually need (fridge, coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron). I would absolutely stay here again.»

«Great house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Well equipped with everything the four of us needed for the week. Super close to the shuttle pick up for Grayton Beach access, restaurants and shops. Used it to go to Red Bar and Chiringo. The living space was great for games and tv watching on our one rainy day.»

«The Hotel was clean and well maintained however our bed mattress was not comfortable and the toilet was so low to the floor. The toilet needs to be upgraded to taller toilet for better seating comfort and the bed needs a softer mattress for better sleep.»

He said we were trespassing on their “private beach” and said we needed to go to the public beach. I contacted the Panhandle Getaway right away and they confirmed that yes, we are to use a public beach. This is false advertising. «The Residence Inn was wonderful, the room was clean and the staff was friendly, but the front desk food and snack selection was poor with much of the shelf space empty. The gym was adequate however for the size of the hotel, the gym was very small with only 3 pieces of equipment, an adjustable bench snd and a dumbbell set. The property management company told us upon arriving that we had to bring our own garbage bags, there were barely any toiletries and we were promised bicylces and the code to unlock them never worked.
