«Great house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Well equipped with everything the four of us needed for the week. Super close to the shuttle pick up for Grayton Beach access, restaurants and shops. Used it to go to Red Bar and Chiringo. The living space was great for games and tv watching on our one rainy day.»

«This place is incredible. It’s tucked away right next to Topsail State Park and only 5 minutes from the public beaches. The location is perfect, super close to all the 30A towns and about half an hour from Destin. The space has really high ceilings, a massive bathroom, and a kitchenette stocked with everything you actually need (fridge, coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron). I would absolutely stay here again.»

He said we were trespassing on their “private beach” and said we needed to go to the public beach. I contacted the Panhandle Getaway right away and they confirmed that yes, we are to use a public beach. This is false advertising. «The Hotel was clean and well maintained however our bed mattress was not comfortable and the toilet was so low to the floor. The toilet needs to be upgraded to taller toilet for better seating comfort and the bed needs a softer mattress for better sleep.»

«Beautiful and charming home with nice decorations. Loved the extra touches of Native bathroom items for our use and extras in the kitchen, like spices, chocolates and oil. Laundry had eco friendly washing pods and dryer sheets also provided by owner. The extras were great, but the description had a private pool at this location and it did not have one. The property management company told us upon arriving that we had to bring our own garbage bags, there were barely any toiletries and we were promised bicylces and the code to unlock them never worked. The 2nd day the smoke alarm went off in the morning for no reason and we had to leave for the entire day since the decibels were so high we couldnt stay in apartment. «The property was OK, but definitely not worth the money. Upon arriving, we had issues with an alarm going off every time a door was open. There was also chirping noises from smoke detectors needing to go off. The worst thing was that the owner felt that it was OK to give the code to a random person to tour the property while we were renting it. «Great location, nice property. Close to Rosemary and Alys beach. Great looks, private beach. The only negative is that I reached out to the property several times prior to the trip with no response and it is a cashless property. The waitress did not tell us that and took 100 cash which included pur meal and tip . She thought 100 was her tip. The bartender informed us cashless and helped us get the money back. Other than that the pls e was beautiful ! Lots of hiking trails nearby also!»
