«The best of both worlds!! Ride to the hype of nearby parties and nightlife OR stay in the quiet neighborhood. Perfectly located for our trip: pool was across the street, beach was just a 5min walk, 3min cycle or 2 min golf cart ride. House was perfectly arranged to accommodate 6 teen girls and 2 adults. Will book again for next year!!»

«I’m not sure the photos do this place justice! It was even better in person. Beautifully renovated and decorated, very clean, comfortable, and such a great location! We loved the community and especially the pool. The trolley stop was right outside and made for easy access to the beach. We can’t wait to stay here again.»

«This house couldn't have been any nicer! Everything was super clean and there was plenty of space for all of our guests! Another huge plus was having a bathroom for every bedroom. That made it easy for everyone to get ready and have some privacy. The pool and hot tub was a super bonus as well! We have stayed in several places in 30A and this is the nicest one yet! Definitely recommend this place and we look forward to staying here again next year!»

«The house was a good size for our group of 10. While there are multiple complaints of a lack of amenities we did not experience this, the description of the home mentions only having a starter kit but we did not need anymore than that. We had 10 people for 3 nights. There were plenty of supplies for us. The reason for the 4 stars is that the home had quite a bit of damage inside. Nothing to ruin our experience but there is room for improvement. We did report all damages we found and got quick ...

«This neighborhood is perfect and the house is gorgeous. We’ve stayed everywhere on 30A and we definitely like this area best. It’s not as crowded but can easily take the golf carts or bikes to Seaside square. Beaches are open and no private issues. Lots of restaurants around and close to Publix.»

«This cottage was in a great location - centrally located to Rosemary Beach, Seaside, etc. Bikes were provided - which was great, but we didn't get to use them. We had breakfast and lunch in most days bc we were working from home during the day. Dinners were all out, which was most appropriate due to the lack of cooking (pots and pans). Do not plan on cooking unless you purchase everything needed, including oil/spices/etc. The cottage was so cute and comfy. Great for a small family.»

All the way from a welcome basket (even goodies for our kitty) to responding to the smallest of issues or questions almost immediately. The condo was gorgeously decorated and immaculately clean. «The house was well equipped and clean. Communication with the property manager was quick and helpful. We had a great view of the beach because the lot in front of hasn’t built a house yet. A short and easy walk to the beach, even carrying a light weight backpack beach chair and beach bag. The beach isn’t overly crowded. The pool is small but very enjoyable to relax in. Would be perfect for little kids to play in. Short drive to surrounding restaurants.»

«We stayed here for family outing in November. The property is well described- roomy house and bedrooms- comfortable. The big selling point for us was the open front deck when weather was nice and then the front screened in porch for rainy days or buggy nights. Good location and free bikes are a plus.»
