«From initial pre-stay phone call through registration to finally checking out, the staff were helpful, informative and friendly. None of our questions and requests were of any problem to the staff, to which they responded promptly and professionally. The room was beautifully presented and the bathroom huge with separate walk-in shower and bath. «Convenient stay at a good price, close to shops and bus to Oxford City centre. The shower could use a good scrub cleaning with bleach cleanser, otherwise happy with the cleanliness.»

«Et fint opphold. Rommet var klart 3 timer før innsjekk, så det var supert! Stort dobbeltrom med badekar i bygget på baksiden. Såpene luktet veldig godt! Gode fasiliteter på rommet. Enkelt å varme opp rommet med klimaanlegg eller panelovn. Hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personell. Sentral beliggenhet. Kort vei å gå til togstasjonen, shopping, spisesteder og severdigheter. «Staff were all lovely and incredibly helpful. I was checked in and served in the bar by a young man whose name I didn't get, but he said he was supporting from the Bedford hotel. He was super helpful despite not being 100% familiar with the hotel and did his best to answer my questions about parking etc. »

«The stay itself was comfortable, the service was mostly okay - you had some experienced people, but it seemed like a lot of new staff. However on a star scale I would give it a 3.5-4 star. One of the guys at the front desk tried to charge us trippel the amount to extend our stay one night although it was cheaper online and said that we could risk not getting the same room by booking it through hotels - that left a bad taste in my mouth, and you got conscious of getting scammed. «Rent og romslig rom. God seng. Visste ikke at jeg hadde booket rom uten vindu, men det gikk fint med mange speil i rommet som ga mer romfølelse. Kunne ikke finne hårføner. Ellers bra fasiliteter som f.eks kjøleskap. Glatt gulv i dusjen, så bruk matten. Serviceinnstilte og hyggelige ansatte. Perfekt beliggenhet i sentrum og kort avstand til togstasjonen. »

«Et sjarmerende gammelt hotell beliggende svært sentralt i Banbury. Har bodd der flere ganger. Rommet bar preg av behov for renovering, men dette var tydeligvis på gang. Drar gjerne tilbake. »
