«I really enjoyed the stay here. It was priced comparatively to a typical hotel room, but got the extra privacy of the bedroom. It was cleaner than the hotel rooms you find in the area and the hosts seemed to care. The 25 Starbucks gift card was a nice "perk" that I'm enjoying as I write this review. I would definitely stay there again when I'm back in the Farmington area. Way better than a hotel by far.»

«Location was great for visiting Mesa Verde National Park. There were many asethetic things that were missing the mark. Ie. Stains on carpet, broken furniture, non maintained yard, etc. Overall it was okay for one nights stay but wouldn't want to stay longer. »

«This is one of the best rentals we’ve stayed at. The space is tastefully decorated with all amenities for cooking full meals and bathroom needs. The TV has good streaming options, but they also have a blue ray player and a huge supply of discs. We really enjoyed watching old movies on DvD! The best part of the rental, however, is the outside space. It was stunningly beautiful with the yellow aspens and fall colors.
