«I was a little nervous booking this property given no reviews but the host was very hospitable and communication was excellent. We spent most of the time on the super comfortable couch right by the kitchen. The game room was perfect for our 4 young kids and they played for hours on the foozball and pinball machine while the adults gathered by the fireplace on the cozy couch. «Being the tubs under stars with the fire nearby relaxed us so deep that months of mayhem slid away and we literally waved goodbye to the stress when the water drained 😂 plus sauna/plunge in AM was badass. Perf recharge. Beds were fantastic. Attn to detail in decor was uplifting. Great quality everything. Games were a hoot. Trailhead of the top-rated local hike is 200yd away, idyllic rustic restaraunt is 4min drive, dtown Arrowhead is 8ish min. Will book again asap. Loved every minute.»

«This home needs some updates but it's fine for a short stay. We were looking forward to sledding in the backyard, which would have been perfect because of the slope and space, but there wasn't much snow. I like that there are 3 bedrooms upstairs and one with a futon/couch downstairs. The hot tub was lovely. No bubbles but great temp for a cold night. The neighborhood is very nice.»
