«Our trip to London was absolutely fabulous! This is a great location and the perfect sized place for 3-4 people! The key was a bit difficult to lock/unlock but other than that we had no issues!»

«Room was nice enough, but it was very hot in the city and I was put in a room with only a fan and could not open the windows for any ventilation, so it was unbearably hot. When I asked the property about this, they said they would send somebody to open the windows. I arrived back at the room that evening to find that nothing had changed, only that the curtains had been left open for the entire sunny afternoon, so the room was even hotter than when I left that morning. «Location of this place is awesome, excellent food, drink and, breakfast near by. Walking close to three Underground stations and lots of busses. Close to great shopping. Close to the Thames. Tastefully remodeled. The only thing is that the alley is a spot on walking tours so sometimes you get back or come out and they'll be a dozen people standing there gawking at your door. Which is a bit awkward (all the Harry Potter fans that visit are a bit much). But all easily overlooked based on how nice ...
