«I liked the place. The remodel of the basement was very well done great view of the water. But be aware it is a long way down a steep stairway. Also be aware that the place where you park is above the basement apartment down a short but fairly steep gravel path and/or another steep stairway. My wife and I are old and very unsteady on or feet. It would have been nice for us old folks if we had known what we were getting into. But it’s great if you are young. «Beautiful daylight basement with private patio in a pretty wooded area. No view of the water, and a bit of street noise outside, but quiet inside except for the putter-patter of little feet from upstairs sometimes. The resident small dog and cat were friendly and happy to welcome us. Shopping was just minutes away. Watch for deer if you drive the area at dusk/dark! At the corner where you turn into the neighborhood, there are tons of wild blackberries.»

«First: cleanest Vrbo I’ve stayed in, hands down. Arranged nicely, good use of space. Great location— close to everything, but in a quiet street for a restful night. «This property was easy to find, parking was close, and the apartment was spacious and had almost everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and there were extra pillows and linens which we didn't need. The host was very responsive. The only additions that would have been nice would be supplying cooking oil. There were wonderful places to do birding and we hope to return to see the car museum which looks fabulous.»

«We were in town for a wedding and it met our needs and cheaper than hotel for 4 adults. However, the AC is only a portable Costco unit and works well in the living room only. The downstairs and bedrooms have no working AC, usually in WA not a problem but, it was warm during our stay. There was a slight "dog" or musty odor and they immediately brought us a air freshener which did solve the issue. I am not a pet person and usually stay in pet free places, my bad. «The staff was very efficient on checking us in. However, there was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. The room was overpoweringly smelling of perfume.
