Villaer i Herradura

«Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would. 1. No hot water in the unit. 2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out. 3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children. 4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. It advertised one King and two Queens; in reality, it was one Queen and two Double beds. 5. Only two towels were provided for four people. ...

«I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. »

«We had the best time ever in this gorgeous home. The views are amazing. We had coffee with toucans and macaws, evening visitors like coatimundis, and so many other birds. The best aspect beyond the pool hot tub and house of our trip was Matthew. He comes with the package! He kept saying anything we needed let him know so we did! From grocery delivery (Michael was amazing) to our private chef (Johnathan was superb) setting up ...

The staff was amazing. We couldn't have asked for more. Having a chef and driver's really made the difference in this trip. Especially having the drivers because they know where to go. If I had been driving I don't think I could have found my way around. I can't recommend the castle enough. Thank you for a ...

«The main bed was small for two adults and the resort itself was a bit run down. The tennis courts and pool were not usable. The kitchen had a good supply of pans, utensils, and kitchen tools. The area itself was super quiet.»
