«The photos already show the apartment. The big table, the big gas stove, the rooms. Everything is there to feel comfortable. What could be improved is that the number of plates is doubled and enough cutlery is provided. The street where the apartment is located is quiet and peaceful. The residents look at you with interest. We had a lovely, relaxing week in the apartment.»

«The furniture was quite nice and modern. But we didnot get a blanket nor a clean sheet, only torn towels and no cups or cutlery. Onthe phone and per mail we were told, that the missing things would be provided for us immediately, but nobody came, thoug we wrote many mails. Always the same answer: ist on the way. So, we had to sleep in clothes for 6 nights. we will never book expedia again.»

«Great location and spacious property perfect for a large group of friends exploring NYC. Due to its central location, the front bedrooms are extremely noisey at all hours of the day. The property is suitable and functional for a short stay, but is a little run down including broken tiles in the upstairs bathroom, rickety occasional chairs, unkept outdoor area and unstable railing on the stairs. The property manager is very responsive and helpful.»

«This was a great little brownstone apartment. The apartment itself was a perfect size for 1 or 2 people. The bathroom was small, but what else can you expect in NYC! Very close to 2 subway stations which was very convenient. Area of Harlem was nice/relatively safe - travelling alone I didn’t feel uncomfortable! Only thing I would suggest would be to provide the lock box code prior to arrival. I wasn’t sure of any check out instructions but would have been happy to help out in that sense if the ...

«Beds are butter. Sheets are like clouds. Amazing. Michael, the LL, was amazing. Jeannie, the PM, was amazing. The outside area was amazing. Sand under your toes, fire pits, gorgeous flowers and amazing view of the sunset. Kitchen was well supplied with utensils, dishes, glasses, etc., but bring TP, Paper Towels. I am already looking to book for next year, for both cottages so my kids/grandkids can have the big house, and I can have a peaceful night in the little one! I highly recommend ...

«We took our 13 year old son to NYC for his birthday. This condo was the perfect place for us to stay! It is a short walk to the train and great place to eat, but out of the way enough that you're not right in the middle of the hustle - but just a block away! Everything was clean and nice. They even had a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher! The hosts even checked in before, during, and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was just right!»

«We had a great stay. Host was super friendly. Room was just as pictured and advertised. Quick Metro train available to get into the city in 30 minutes. Apartment was clean and there were all the things needed to cook if needed. Lovely home beautiful kept yard.
