«Family friendly , just as described on the booking, very clean and spacious we had no complaints, we paid 10 for earlier check in which was fantastic thank you!»

«It exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, the house was well equipped. The hosts were friendly and very helpful.»

«Great location (less than 10 minutes from the train station and old town centre). The hosts were kind and overall it was a sufficiently pleasant experience.»

«Great location, very clean with great facilities and communication with host was excellent»

«A lovely, clean and modern house, with everything we needed for our short stay. A 7 minute cab ride to the centre of York. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were spotlessly clean.Just a heads up - the bathroom is downstairs, which we didn't notice on the listing, so our fault not the host's, but just to mention in case anyone is concerned about having to go downstairs in the night for the loo!Would happily stay again.»

«Last minute booking as decided to stay overnight in York. Communication for check in was quick, property was easy to find, close to town and super clean and tidy. Definitely cosy -the place is in a row of small terrace houses- it is small but cute…and very noisy (thump/creaky) when downstairs and someone is walking around upstairs. Impossible to cool the place down in the very hot weather we had. ...

«This was an outstanding stay! Very comfortable. They had everything you could want/need in a short term rental. I was able to fix several meals in the kitchen with ease. The only hiccup was that the place hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupants when we arrived. It was an oversight that was quickly remedied with the cleaning crew arriving soon after we communicated the problem. The host was easy to reach and apologetic. Even with this minor inconvenience, I would definitely recommend this ...
