«We had a car club meet at the Convention Center and this was perfect for two couples and their cars. We were only about 15-20 minutes away from all the activities. The house was plenty large enough for all and we felt safe and secure. Our friends have special dietary needs which makes staying in a hotel almost impossible. Appreciated the fast response and communication from the owners. Only thing I would say is lacking is the cookware. There was hardly anything to choose from and I needed a frying pan. Other than that, everything was great!»

«This is a lovely unit to stay with a large number. We had 6 but we did not use three of the beds. The unit decor of the unit is amazing. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed for the long weekend. I am not sure what happened, but the garbage can in the kitchen had not been cleaned. There was red liquid in the bottom and food caked to the top of the can. It had drawn many gnats. We bought some spray, and did not let it dampen our visit. «This house is exactly what my family of 4 needed. We walked in and the home had a pleasant smell. The renovated house was charming and spacious. The living room furniture was so comfortable and the sofas reclined at the touch of a button. The smart TVs were nice for winding down. The appliances were all new. «We came in for BSC graduation and wanted to be close to campus. Location was perfect. Right of I65 and close to our regular restaurants and bars we like to visit while in Birmingham. The house was updated for an older neighborhood as shown in the pictures and was much bigger than the outside street picture. There are 2 Den areas with TV’s so a lot of room.
