«We arrived to a power outage which was no fault to FLX. FLX was respnosive to all of my emails and the house was nice with a good enough location for our use. It was clean and well stocked with towels and stuff like paper towels and toilet paper - i rent a-lot of houses and this is surprisingly rare. I would rent again.»

«Everything about our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Finger Lakes. The house is spacious and very clean, with beautiful lake views from many windows. The hosts, Annie and Gary, were very accommodating and communicative, letting us check in early due to a snow storm that came through and checking the next morning to see if we needed a plow. The cottage was comfortable, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing Finger Lakes escape. The beds, linens, and towels were soft and cozy. «The property was spacious and spotless. Very comfortable. Very well located.Wish firewood had been provided and that the outside areas had been a little more lively after sundown. But it was a really good place to stay to explore all the wineries on Seneca, and the communication with the host was great.»

«Heavy cleaning solution smell upon walking in. Queen mattresses on full frames so mattresses wouldn't lay flat (had to modify myself for some comfort) shower curtain poorly mounted/cheap rod leaving water pouring onto bathroom floor at start of shower (excellent water pressure though!) no way to lower heat so left window open all night but no fan to move air around. Attempt to a boutique style place but only 80%. Small things but all adds up. I'd consider staying again. »

«We loved this property. Close to wineries, very clean and very modern.Plenty of space to walk dogs, fire pit was relaxing. The beds were very comfortable, better than my one at home. Host answered questions quickly .We hopefully will be visiting again next year.»

«Clean and cozy! We struggled with some of the "smart house" style features, but that was fun once we figured it out. A couple of the features didn't work. Owner was very responsive to questions and helpful. With cleaning fees and so forth it was pricey for the one night we stayed, a longer stay would balance that out.»
