«Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was great. The cabin was updated, the beds incredibly comfortable, and it contained all the essentials. The onsite amenities could use some updating, when in this part of CO a pool, tennis and a playground are really not necessary.»

«We had such a wonderful stay!! The property is just beautiful and the location is excellent. Everything in town within walking distance and a short drive to the mountain. Stephen was so incredibly helpful before we arrived as we had to adjust the dates of our stay and have some items delivered. He was so responsive to all questions and was very flexible regarding any requests. We will definitely be staying here again!!»

«This condo was the perfect location. Walking distance to the base of the mountain and an easy, short ride to the town of Steamboat Springs. The only reason I gave 4 stars is for the misleading photos of the Mountain View. In the summer the trees are in bloom and you cannot see the mountains :.(. Also, the carpet could use a good shampoo or replacing on the stairs and lower level. Otherwise it was super cozy, clean and communication was spot on. Thank you for sharing your condo. We had the most ...

«The home is undergoing extensive renovations - there were issues:non-working windows, no privacy shades in some rooms, a horrible non-working, filthy grill - that was replaced, lack of property grooming - weeds, constructions debris. Limited supply of towels. Front seating area Adirondack chairs that were dilapidated, unclean. The outdoor furniture was not cleaned off prior to our stay. There were delivery boxes everywhere - including front steps, in front of garage door. The host was ...
