«This beautiful historical house is located so close to downtown Gladewater we walked to shop and even walked to Skippers pier which was amazing. The attention to all the thoughtful details that made us feel like we were truly staying in an old historical home, made it such an enjoyable stay. «Great location, quaint place, looked just like the pictures, a step back in time which I loved. I was a little confused by the listing because I thought I was renting the entire house pictured, but I was actually renting a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Great location near down town, an easy walk. The host was super responsive to all my questions.»

«House was very clean and enjoyable to stay in. I’ve stayed here twice and definitely prefer this over any hotel around. House has good WiFi and at one point there was a power outage but the home is equipped with an automatic generator that kicked on immediately so i didn’t have to suffer. John is an awesome host and responds quickly if there are any issues. I definitely look forward to booking again. I definitely recommend this stay for family and friends!»

«I’ve stayed at this property twice now. The first time I stayed solo and the second I stayed with my two children. There’s plenty of room for all three of us. The home was clean and well stocked with towels, paper towels, and toilet paper. There was a K cup coffee maker with coffee pods supplied. I brought my own jug of water both times because there’s not a water dispenser, but there is an ice cube tray in the freezer which was helpful. «This will be an excellent place to stay with time and some trouble shooting as it is a brand new duplex. There are some kinks to iron out that I have shared with the owner and once that is taken care of, people will love this place. Very quiet neighborhood and convenient to any place in Tyler and nearby. Perfect for my wife and I along with our daughter and granddaughter.»

«It was a perfect getaway with our dogs. Location was awesome, pretty much a 10 minute drive to everything. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. The 2 car garage was a wonderful extra. The beds were super comfy. I can’t say enough about the food in Texas. We had breakfast at First Watch almost every day. Check in and out was simple. Victoria was responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!»
