«Hotel is new, clean & well situated however, there is some serious tweeking that MANAGEMENT should address. Check-in was cumbersome & not overly welcoming. «Going up to Penrith for a special occasion celebration and looking to make a night of it. The one bedroom suite was just perfect for our requirements. The room was in excellent condition with everything you could need for a night away (or longer) Fully equipped kitchen with a large living area and furnished balcony. «Located right opposite to a big shopping malls with many dining options . Room is clean and have everything you need. Only drawback is it's a bit noisy being above the main roads despite we have requested a quiet room. »

«Beautiful location, so close to the falls. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Arrived later than expected and lights and heating we on for us. Keys were ready in the lockbox for us on arrival. Would recommend. Love a balcony and this places had two!!»

«We have stayed in a Quest Hotel before, so you take it for granted that you´ll receive what you expect. And you do. At this Quest, we had a smaller room, but still good space for our bags. The room was clean with a kitchenette. Wifi was excellent ans so was the tv. The staff was so friendly, helpful and polite (they were actually more friendly here than on the other Quest we stayed) For our last days in Sydney, this place gave us the space we needed and it was quiet. «Hotel location is excellent, receptionist was very friendly, apartment was spacious and very very clean. Looks like it has just been renovated. I would have given it a 5 stars if the shower screen over the bath tubs is a bit wider so that the water not splash out to the floor. Anyway I would stay again next time.»

«Value for money, not too bad, but a little dated. The bedroom was a good size and the bed very comfortable. Good air conditioning. No drawers for unpacking suitcases. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Fantastic parking, very convenient and included in tariff. Good location and close to freeways. If you stay here, I would recommend requesting a room on the far side of the building, away from the highway. Was surprised when I went to pay with cash at checkout, only to find cash not accepted.
