«Located in the center of Hilo 5-15 minutes away from everything, 45 minutes from Kilauea lookout.
The building is older and the lower floors are private businesses but you basically only go to the elevator and the coffee shop.
The unit was nice, recently renovated everything kitchen to bathroom. The downfall was the A/C in one of the rooms just broke down and a part needed to be ordered but other than that unit was clean, nice, and enjoyable. Useful kitchen appliances if you were thinking of ...

«We loved the view from the lanai! We had breakfast every morning there. Beautiful sunsets! The apartment is dated but it has all the essentials for a perfect stay. Well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. No issues for finding a parking space below the building. Good location, close to Kona center and close to other attractions like snorkeling, manata rays, etc. »
