«The host was very welcoming and the condo is beautiful! We loved having two pools to use as well as the beach area to enjoy the sun and watching the ocean. Enjoying the gorgeous sunset each night and listening to the conch shell horn was magical. We met so many nice people here and it felt like we belonged to a private club. «This place had everything that we needed. The communal BBQs were great to use, especially the ones along the beach where you could watch the sunset. The laundry within the unit was so helpful (laundry soap provided). The location is a short drive (or walk) to great beaches and farmers markets. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that I wished it had was a little laundry line on the deck to hang beach towels since you can't have them along the railing and there is limited spots ...

«What a comfortable place. It’s roomy with a large patio too. Lots of amenities, coffee & filtered water. The washer and dryer are nice. It’s walking distance to all the shops and great restaurants. There’s even a small beach you can walk to. Try Papa Kona’s great views and awesome bartender. We had beautiful sunset dinner at Kai’s. Will definitely be back! Kris is a great host. Is quick to respond with any questions. »

«I really enjoyed my stay here at Kona Kai. First, and foremost, the host Arllen was amazing. Very quick to respond. What really stood out was his accommodations and willingness to make my trip extra special. I walked in the door to a personalized welcome card, Kona coffee and chocolates (nice start!). The condo is well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The view from the entire condo is unmatched. I slept every night with the doors open to the sound of the waves.
