«Mariposa was a peaceful retreat. We stayed in one of the tree houses and enjoyed reading on the deck in the hammock in the afternoon. The staff were friendly and did a great job making it feel like home for the week.»

«Lovely room, get a beachfront one! Great restaurant, pool smaller than you'd think from pics. Lots of seaweed on beach and in the water, not great for swimming but maybe this isn't always a thing. Great pier to relax on. Full moon was a fabulous time to be on the beach»

«This small and charming resort on the beach is a wonderful place for those looking to experience the Placentia peninsula.
You can also just enjoy the pool, beach, kayaks and bikes at the resort. Good restaurants are within walking distance on the beach and across the street.
The fresh fruit and cake breakfast is more than you need and was a wonderful start to the day.
The room was clean, comfortable, unusual and endearing.
Staff were friendly, fun and attentive.

«Naia resort was just what we were looking for! It is absolutely magical. Our beach front bungalow was truly breathtaking. It was immaculate, well kept, looked brand new even though it is ten years old and sooooo spacious. The bed was super comfortable, lots of pillows and soft cotton bedding. The outdoor shower was the best!!!!! Oh, if only we could have one at home. Housekeeping came every day and did a splendid job. We are neat freaks and it was just perfect!
