«Check-in was easy and as directed. It was great to have a parking space out back. I wish I had known that it was easier to get into the basement apartment from the back parking lot, rather than bringing everything in from the front door. It is a basement apartment with no outside light. Ceiling lights don’t work so you get the light from floor lamps. We were able to check in an hour early, but it was on a whim that I tried since I had emailed, messaged and tried calling the host multiple times ...

«The owners of this property canceled on me the night before my trip, blaming it on a “maintenance issue”. They originally reassigned me to a different unit but then canceled it in full. It was difficult to contact the property and I did not even receive a full refund. Would not recommend staying at this place, a would not recommend this ownership group that works through Evonify Stays.»

«It's a spacious two-bedroom unit in an old wooden house without adequate reinforcement of its structures. Walking in the room or someone walking upstairs or in staircase can produce loud noises from loosened wood structures. Kitchen was not adequately cleaned. Countertop still had marks left from uncleaned dish plates. The dish rack was partly rusted.
