WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
Keep noise indoors during these hours.
No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
Keep all tires off the road.
Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES

This gorgeous and inviting log cabin has an abundance of space, boasting almost 4000 square feet of living space! The house has hardwood flooring throughout the kitchen and living space. The vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling windows give you plenty of natural light and gorgeous mountain views. This home is three levels allowing for privacy for multi-family groups. This spacious and stylish chalet features 7 bedroom 6 bath home is a short proximity from all resort amenities. The kitchen is on the main level of the home and has Quartz countertops, tile backsplash, SS appliances and eat-in dining area. The living and dining room, which is open to kitchen, has vaulted ceilings, antler chandeliers and white-washed pine walls. The dining features a farmhouse table seating for 6-8 people. The living room space boasts a cozy open space to allow for cozy evenings spent at the lodge. Looking to catch a big game or stay connected! Our lodges feature high speed WIFI, Smart TV with Netflix, Pandora, and Sling TV.
