We used it as a 2 night stop for a cruise and didn’t have a vehicle but it was easy walking distance to both the beach and 2nd Street shops and restaurants. «This house suited our needs perfectly. We were visiting family in the area, and it was just a few minutes drive to their house. Beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked nicely. Getting to the laundry was confusing, but the owner helped us when we had questions. And we had a grocery delivery that didn't make it - I guess the neighborhood is a bit confusing for delivery drivers, too, but we eventually found the packages in front of another house nearby. «We spent four nights over the Thanksgiving week at the Castle. Our extended family of ten went from Texas to enjoy Disneyland. In between Disney, our California cousins stopped by to visit—there was plenty of room! The Castle was a perfect house for our family. Previous reviewers left comments about uncomfortable beds, not enough plates/silverware and I would have to say that the owner has been responsive.
