«The kitchen was fine....the house was fine.....the laundry was fine, however, maybe i missed it...the fact that it was outside in another building and coin operated would have been something we should have known prior to arrival, out at 11:00 pm finding quarters was a pain....more communication the week before and up to arrival would have improved the experience.......I would not do VRBO again...the hotel experience is much more reliable.»

«We had a great time at this home! There were 6 of us total. Within walking distance from the main strip in Long Beach, restaurants, coffee shops, liquor store, and ATM were all within a 10 minute walk. Very good location and very nice and friendly neighborhood.»

«Not enough towels had to put toilet paper in bags that should have been discussed prior I won’t have booked very unsanitary. Should have advised about tenant in ADU in back. No electric outlet in master bathroom. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. I should be compensated for this rental in all my rentals by far the worst.»

«Laurie the manager reached out to me right away. She made my end of things very easy. The unit was clean. Furniture was adequate. The basics were available in kitchen and bathrooms: soap, shampoo, detergent, dishes, bowls, glasses. There is an upstairs unit. I could hear footsteps and movements but nothing unreasonable. I met the upstairs tenants the last day. Very nice family.»

«I stayed at this location for 18 days. Location is excellent! I would definitely recommend for short term but not for long-term. The person in ADU made it difficult with parking very selfish when parking in the drive way. On thurs and fri had to move car early in the morning due to sweepers and not able to park in drive way.Home was not very clean, vent had not been cleaned in months and dust bunnies flying everywhere. Description is incorrect.3rd room does not have a queen, its a futon. No ...

«House was great. Very charming. Very clean. Plenty of bathrooms and the layout in the older home is well utilized. Everything was very clean. Towels stocked. Host easy to communicate with even when our bus delay made us almost late for check out. Note that if you need sound to sleep there is only a tv in the upstairs master. The front bedroom does hear some sounds of traffic if you need silence. Tips for staying that are not the hosts fault: Parking is easy with the homes dedicated driveway ...

«The property is immaculate and beautiful. Right across from the water in Long Beach or the park out front.. the backyard has a huge cabana with barbecue and couches, the spa is very hot and enclosed, the kitchen is well appointed for cooking and eating. I highly recommend the property.»

«The house is in a great location, walkable to coffee shops and the 4th street restaurants, bars and shops. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. Lots of seating and a great outdoor area with a grill and spa. Very clean, great basket of snacks and the host was easily reachable and prompt. I would love to stay here again!»
