Perfect for a group of friends or a family who want to explore Hanoi together but still have their own private retreat to come back to at night. Quiet alley, bright rooms, and everything you need to feel at home.

The house has 3 separate bedrooms, each with a queen bed, private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and plenty of natural light.

- Room 2 & 4 (Floor 2 & 4): Each has a private balcony with table and chairs, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening drink while watching life in the alley below.
- Room 3 (Floor 3): No balcony, but a window overlooking the alley, you'll wake up to the sounds and sights of authentic Old Quarter daily life.

All rooms are designed to feel like a calm, personal space rather than a hotel room.

You will have:
- Entire private house (no shared spaces with strangers)
- Fully equipped kitchen: induction stove, microwave, cookware, fridge, great for a simple meal or storing drinks
- High-speed WiFi
- Air conditioning in all rooms
- Hot water
- Washing machine & dryer (free)
- Towels, shampoo & shower gel
- Hair dryer
- Electric kettle
- TV (Floor 3 bedroom)
- Small book collection for lazy afternoons
- Self check-in via smart lock

I'm not on-site, but always reachable via Vrbo messages. I'll do my best to respond as quickly as possible.

Small Notes:
- The house is tucked in a small alley cars can't reach the door, but it's just a short 20m walk from where you park.
- 5-floor house with no elevator.
- Mornings can get lively with sounds from a nearby school. Evenings are peaceful and quiet.
- There's a well-known bún chả restaurant right at the alley entrance.
- Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 06:00 to respect the neighbors.
- Please send a photo of your passport and visa (or any valid proof of permitted stay) for temporary residence registration as required by Vietnamese law.
- When heading out, please turn off lights, air conditioning and other appliances.
- The use of illegal substances or any activities violating Vietnamese law is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate removal without refund.
