«Just a nice place to stay, no real issues other than the thermostats were difficult to figure out, the kitchen roof leaks a little water when you shower upstairs, and the fridge shakes the house when the compressor turns off. Home owner was kind enough to mail me my souvenirs I souvenirs left, and everything was neat and tidy.»

«Nice new two unit duplex about 30mins drive to Bar Harbor. Tasteful and comfortable furnishings. AC wall units efficient and quiet. Some wear and tear evident on floors and walls. Linens and towels provided and good quality. Large modern kitchen with many utensils and dishes etc. »

«The house was a very nice home on a secluded road which made it all nice and quiet. This was a retirement gift trip for my parents. Overall everything was really nice. The only issue is the house has inadequate heat for the size and openness of the home. Though it was an issue the first couple nights the property managers were very nice and brought by space heaters to ensure my folks stayed warm through the chilly nights. They still enjoyed themselves and spent most of there time in Bar Harbor. ...

«We enjoyed our stay at this property. We spent 3 days enjoying the area; hiking in Acadia, browsing shops in Bar Harbor and eating lots of Maine lobster-(btw, Beal’s in Southwest Harbor lobster rolls 10/10). The location is nice with a spacious, tranquil yard. A few deer wandered through the yard briefly at dawn and dusk, along with many songbirds. It felt relaxing. The cottage is roomy with lots of seating, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We would stay again.»

«The place met our needs for sleeping/showers etc. Kitchen well equipped if you came to cook. Was disappointed there was no fire pit (does offer chiminea). Furniture is not very comfortable for TV watching. Also when looking at the photos it appeared the water was closer than a mile or so away. Also was not expecting to have to take the trash to the road, strip beds, start laundry or make sure everything was wiped down. What was my cleaning fee for? «What a charming place!!! We rented 7 of their 12 Cottages and Motel Units and had a wonderful week! They provide everything you'd expect PLUS more like Wood/Lighters and Fire starters - or a propane gas firepit if you prefer. Plenty of outdoor space!!
