«Location was perfect for 10 minute walk to convention at Grand Hyatt and beach. Never made it to the pool, not sure where it’s at. 2 minute drive to poipu beach where 20 large turtles were resting and beautiful sunset. I was a resident on Kauai for 10 years, and being in Poipu was a desirable area since it is convenient to restaurants and shopping if that’s of interest for you. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again myself in the future. »

«View was amazing. However, not private. Several days strangers set up lawn chairs in front of our view on the grass and every sunrise there was a pack of noisy people standing out on the grassy area to right (residents in units without views?). With all the people roaming around, felt had to keep curtains closed at night which limited air flow and lovely views of stars. «Everything is worn and slightly broken. For the cost I was expecting more upkeep. Lots of ants nightly coming in from three different spots. Found the ant killer spray and that took care of one of the entrances, seems like all the bug traps are luring them in.»
